- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HKB18175A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23. The NAICS Code is 238210 and the NAICS size standard is $13 Million. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery and installation of the following items: 1. An assessment of where SCXP is in terms of basic project management processes. To include examinations of basic tools, resource usages, business processes, the needs of leadership and other key elements. Define the desired parameters and proveide formal written recommendation for implementation and the next year. 2. Actual product installation. USAF will provide servers configured with the operating system. MOPS will be configured to work with existing SQL Server, Active DDirectory and MS Outlook. Allow local technical resources to observe/participate in installation in order to transfer technical knowledge. 3. Configure all of the capabilities of the project to meet the specific objectives of the client as defined in the Organizational Assessment. Establishment the custom fields, security models, views, external links, sites and all other aspects of the MOPS product in accordance with the client wishes. All quotes should be received NLT Thursday, 18 July 2008, at 1:00 pm (cst), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to james.wages@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Friday, 18 July 2007, at 1:00 pm (cst) will make a offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
