- This notice of intent is to increase the scope of Contract N00173-07-C-2082 with Stites & Harbison, Incorporated at 1199 N Fairfax St., Suite 900, Alexandria, VA 22314 on an other than full and open competitive basis. The contractor has been providing legal services on a number of foreign patent filings and prosecutions. This increase in scope will allow the continued/uninterrupted prosecution of specific navy cases by Stites & Harbison to work covered under Contract N00173-07-C-2082. Under this contract, the contractor shall continue to provide a full range of legal services on those same foreign filings where the contractor is currently providing support services. All of the assigned work will be for the continuation of the prosecution of the existing foreign patent applications. This is not a solicitation.
