- This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the Firm-Fixed Price and Brand Name or Equal for Adobe licenses and upgrades. TRICARE Management Activity is a Government organization and is exempt from Federal taxes. If these services/items are available via your GSA Schedule, please identify your GSA Schedule Number, ordering terms and conditions, period of performance and include the pricing sheet from your GSA Schedule, which identifies these items in your response. If these services/items are "Open Market" complete the attached Representations and Certifications and include it with your response. The attached terms and conditions are applicable for all "Open Market" items. Quotes will be accepted at the following: TRICARE Management Activity CMB 16401 E. Centretech Parkway Aurora, CO 80011 Attn: Brenda Agner Should you have questions regarding this acquisition contact Ms. Brenda L. Agner, Contracting Officer at (303) 676-3925 or at Brenda.agner@tma.osd.mil. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION: Quotations shall be delivered to Brenda L. Agner at TRICARE Management Activity, 16401 East Centretech Parkway, Aurora, Colorado 80011-9066, no later than 1:00 P.M. Mountain Time, July 16, 2008. Quotes received after the stated date and time may be rejected. The envelope containing your quotation must be clearly identified with the quotation number H94002-08-Q-0029. In addition to your priced quote you will need to include a technical quote and all information that will be required to perform a technical evaluation of those salient features identified in the scope of work and specify how your product/service is equal.
