Description: Service to provide Duplicate Cameras, Projectors, & Screens Systems for the DPE Simulation Center at Naval Medical Center-Portsmouth, VA in accordance with the attached Statement of Works. Contractors’ proposal shall include a breakdown of all parts, materials, and labor costs to be used in completing this project. Contractor shall also annotate any proposed costs that are covered under a current GSA Schedule contract & shall provide the GSA Contract Number, FSC, SIN, and expiration date of the contract along with a copy of the Contract Ordering Information (See Section C for Performance Statement Of Work & RFQ Information). ***DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE WORK, IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL INTERESTED VENDORS ATTEND A "WALK THROUGH SITE VISIT SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, 15 JULY 2008 AT 1000 (10:00 a.m.) TO EXAMINE WORK CONDITIONS & EXISTING EQUIPMENT.*** Please read the attached RFQ for further information pertaining to this requirement.
