- This announcement modifies the area of consideration to a 100 Mile radius of the Syracuse VA The area of consideration is restricted to firms with offices and key personnel to be assigned to the designs located within a 75 CHANGE THIS TO 100 mile radius of the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Appropriate data for this project must be submitted to the Contracting Officer on Standard Form 330 no later than July 14, 2008. FIVE COPIES OF EACH (along with any supplemental information) ARE REQUIRED. Submission should emphasize experience on similar studies, the personnel to be assigned to this project, and specific VA experience. NAICS 541330 applies. This is a set aside for a small emerging business as per the small business competitive demonstration program and designated industry groups as per FAR 19.10 and size standard is one-half of 4.5 mil
