- DESC: This is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS), announcement only. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The NAICS is 541922 with an SBA size standard of $6.5Million. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is contemplated. This action is being considered unrestricted. Interested parties need to identify their business size standard and if they fall into one of the following: Large or Small Business categories: Small Business; Hub Zone Small Business; Veteran Owned Small Business; Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; Woman Owned Small Business; or Small Disadvantaged Business. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) is seeking sources for an anticipated requirement for Base Multimedia Services (BMS), graphics excluded. Work consists of providing all Aerial Photography, management, supervision, personnel, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and labor necessary to perform AVIS at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB) Plant 42, and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Edwards, CA. These services shall primarily be performed within a 100 mile air radius of EAFB. Services shall include: 1) photographic acquisition service including photographic service, studio and location photography, alert photography, aerial photography, tracker, and digital motion media; 2) photographic processing including central collection/recovery of spent photographic scrap; 3) audio public address including audio address system maintenance; 4) program management/production control service including work order request and control system, customer receipt, and direct input into a job order cost accounting system; 5) miscellaneous visual information support including the operation of a library and visual information equipment loan service and a customer service center; 6) conduct reserve proficiency training; and 7) audiovisual equipment maintenance. Responses shall be limited to 15 pages and should include as a minimum, 1) evidence of past experience relevant to all services listed herein, 2) related projects, and 3) business size as described herein. This synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bid or proposal. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. All respondents are reminded of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) requirement to be considered eligible for any potential Department of Defense (DoD) contract.
