- Solicitation W9126G-08-T-0109 has been amended to include a new offer due date. The total square feet for this requirement is 2900 square feet. This notice serves as a synopsis for the upcoming solicitation number W9126G-08-T-0109 for the acquisition of Janitorial Services. Services are to be performed at Hords Creek Lake in Coleman, TX. Hords Creek Lake is located at 230 Friendship Park Road, Coleman, TX 76834. Deliverables such as proposal requirements, specifications, bid schedule and other requirements are called out in the official solicitation forthcoming. Contractor is to provide all supplies required to furnish specified services at Hords Creek Lake. Contractors work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all planning, scheduling, administration, inspection and management necessary to accomplish the required. The proposed contract type is a firm-fixed price purchase order. The Request for Quote (RFQ) shall be available on or about 09 July 2008. The anticipated award date is 30 July 2008. The solicitation is only available for download via the Federal Business Opportunities (fedbizopps.gov) website and at the Federal Technical Data Solutions website (www.fedteds.gov). Once the solicitation is issued, offers are to be sent to the United States Army Corps of Engineers, 819 Taylor Street, Suite 2A19A, Fort Worth, Texas 76102-0300, no later than 24 July 2008 by 12PM Local Time, or not later than the date/time in BLOCK 8 of the SF1449 of the solicitation).
