- Services will be performed while the USNS KILAUEA is located in San Diego, CA at 32nd Street Naval Station, Pier 12. Provide all labor, material and services to remove various communication and navigation systems from the USNS KILAUEA. All equipment removed will be inventoried and crated for shipment. The period of performance for this requirement is to start July 21, 2008 and end August 8, 2008. Telephonic requests for the solicitation resulting from this notice will not be accepted. Only written (fax or email) requests will be accepted. Fax number is 619-553-0144 and email address is patricia.settles@navy.mil. All requests must provide Duns & Bradstreet number, and CAGE Code. All faxed requests must include an email address. The anticipated awarded date for this solicitation is July 14, 2008. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Once solicitation is posted, it can be viewed on this website or in the Contracts Section of the MSC Website. Instructions for downloading solicitation from MSC website: http://www.msc.navy.mil/.
