- Minerals Management Service, Department of the Interior, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SunGard Energy Systems in Houston, Texas to provide a systems upgrade to the Entegrate Application Suite from version 2.0.6.8 to 2.0.12. This procurement is a sole source requirement and is not a solicitation or a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on July 21, 2008 by sending an e-mail to Beverly.Sechrest2@mms.gov, however, any technical data received will be for the sole purpose of market research for future purposes.
