- Solicitation AG-4870-S-08-0009 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals must be submitted in hard copy. The synopsis will run for 15 days beginning July 9, 2008. The solicitation will be posted to FBO beginning July 24, 2008 and run until Monday, August 11, 2008. This acquisition is for printing services. Land Between The Lakes (LBL) National Recreation Area (NRA) is a designated National Recreation Area under the management of USDA Forest Service. This solicitation will be for printing services of a variety in nature. Offeror must be able to handle variety of electronic formats and be able to ship to multiple addresses. The resulting contract will have a base year and 4 one-year options. This solicitation is being set aside 100% for small business. Offers must be received at the Administrative Office, USDA Forest Service, Land Between The Lakes NRA, 100 Van Morgan Drive, Golden Pond, KY 42211 no later than 4:30 PM CDT on Monday, August 11, 2008. The government anticipates award on or about August 18, 2008. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote offers the best value to the government (price and other factors considered). Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. Awards cannot be made to non-registered offerors. FAR 4.10 requires offerors to be registered.
