- Description
- The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management intends to solicit quotes for commercial services perpared in accordance with the format in Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The issuing agency intends to make available all required documents related to this solicitation on July 10, 2008. The solicitation is being used as a Request for Quote (RFQ): solicitation no. is TCQ080005, and a firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. In the solicitation document, the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-24 effective 28 February 2008. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 711410. This requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is set-aside 100% for small businesses and all certified responsible business sources falling in the required category may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Contractors shall provide certification and representation information (available on-line at https://orca.bpn.gov) and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. The Bureau of Land Management intends to award a contract for actor talent for an online training module in accordance with the solicitation STATEMENT OF WORK.Written quotes in response to this RFQ must be received at the Bureau of Land Management, National Training Center located at 9828 N. 31st Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85051 by 11:59 P.M. Local Time on July 24, 2008. The submittal package should be marked ATTN: Santiago Almaraz, Contract Specialist.
