Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A PRESOLICITATION OR SOLICITATION. The project consists of moving 11,500 cubic yards of silt or organic overburden soils from Cathers Lake to the tree line adjacent to a tree line near Cathers Lake. The silt overburden removal will continue along an Air Force identified transects until the primary surface feature remaining is classified course grained soils, > 50% retained on a No. 200 Sieve as defined by Unified Soil Classification table, (ASTM D-2487-98). Project requirements also include removing and disposing of 1,400 cubic yards of vegetative and grubbed material from Cathers Lake to the flight line construction debris disposal area or Grebe pond. Estimated Project Cost is between $25,000 and $100,000 (based upon FAR 36.204). The intent of this Sources Sought is to research qualified HUB Zone small business contractors with a primary NAICS code of 238910 for this upcoming acquisition. Interested HUB Zone small business contractors should submit to the point of contact listed below information regarding their company. The information we are seeking is company name, point of contact with phone number, fax and e-mail, and relevant work experience with similar projects.
