- Regional Contracting Center Yuma, Arizona, Test Support Services solicitation update. The purpose of this synopsis is to provide contractors with additional information critical for attendance at the preproposal conference. Contractors must submit the following information to attend the preproposal conference: Contractor company/corporate name and address; and full name, social security number and citizenship for each individual attending. Contractors are advised to submit the information no later than 12:00PM (NOON) 28 July 2008 either via e-mail to ypgcontracting@conus.army.mil or fax to 928-328-6849.
