- One Each - New Gantry Mill, per Department of the Army, Watervliet Arsenal Specification No. 11-09-2008 dtd 2/25/2008. To be delivered FOB Destination - Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY 12189-4000. This solicitation will be issued electronically, it will be available on the ASFI and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as well as any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This solictation incorporates a Specification along with a Statement of Compliance that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who are interested in obtaining a copy are instructed to request same by submission of an email to: alison.luciano@us.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following: cage code, company name, address, telephone number and point of contact. Tech Data will be provided after the solicitation has been released to the ASFI. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's Central Contracting Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations (ORCA) must be current.
