- The Installation Contracting Command at White Sands Missile Range, NM intends to award a contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to Scribner Design, 4265 Lorrain Street, Shingle Springs, CA 05682. We have a requirement for the fabrication, assembly, and functional testing of 12 each Model 400060 Revision C infrared surface-to-air-missile roll fixtures. This hardware must be completely compatible with existing hardware and software. Scribner Design is the only source for the Model 400060 roll fixture.
