- The United States Military Academy, West Point, NY notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to The Praevius Group, Inc., 417 North Main Street, Suite 204, Salado, TX 76571 to provide continued development of pilot modules in the design and production of multimedia ethical vignettes from July through September 2008. The total award amount is estimated to be $25,000. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)- deemed available only from the original source in the case of follow-on contracts. The appropriate NAICS is 541613 size standard is $6.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. No soliciation will be available. Response to this notice must be received within five calendar days of the date of this notice via email. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106(b). See numbered note 22 insert five days in lieu of 45.
