- The Kootenai National Forest, Libby Ranger District, is soliciting quotations for hot mix asphalt patching on roads located throughout the Libby Ranger District. The project consists of intermittent overlay patches on Pipe Cr. Rd. 68 and pothole patching on Pipe Cr. Rd. 68, Libby Cr. Rd. 231, and Bear Cr. Rd. 278. Estimated start date is 8/15/08. The solicitation will be available for viewing on this website on approximately 7/16/08.
