- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance FAR subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested under number HSCG89-08-Q-632110. The NAICS code is 334513. This solicitation is for all labor, materials, installation, transportation and supplies for the Base Isolation of 2-APC40kw UPS Units, 1-ESD Rack, 1-TISCOM Rack, and 4-R21 Racks. See the attached documents for the specific specifications and labor. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Sector/Air Station Humboldt Bay, 1001 Lycoming Way, McKinleyville, CA 95519-9309. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-26 AWARD: This purchase will be based on the following criteria: Lowest price meeting or exceeding the minimum requirements. CLAUSES:.
