This notice serves as the official amendment to subjectsynopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to provide the technical questions received below forthis procurement with the answers that were provided.QUESTION: We need more specifics in the removal of perlite from the hydrogen tank. Besides removal of the perlite, do we need to clean the area between the interior andexterior tanks? How clean is clean to your definition?ANSWER: The only requirement that we imposed on the inner tank is removal of the perliteno cleaning requirements were included.QUESTION: 1. Do you have a schematic or design drawing of tank? (I am looking to see ifthere is a ladder in between the inner and outer tank)2. Is this tank being scrapped, or refurbished?3. Do you know the cubic feet of space between tanks? (inner and outer) it appears fromdescription to be approx 4ft thick, is this correct?4. What are the maximum hours we can work per day at site?ANSWER: 1. I do not have a good drawing of the tank indicating anything other thanstructural supports.
