- This requirement is for furnishing and delivering Cathodic Protection Anodes to be used on the intake gates at McNary Lock and Dam, Umatilla, OR. Two sets of technical documentation consisting of material composition shall be submitted along with quotes. Closing Date: 11 July 2008. ADMIN INFO: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999. Solicitation is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. For reporting purposes, the size standard for small business concerns under the NAICS is the average employment on a full-time, part-time, temporary, or other basis during each of the pay periods of the preceding 12 months, shall not exceed 500 employees.
