- The government intends to procure services for creating wildlife trees within timber sale area boundary by creating artificial cavities on the High Cascade Ranger District of the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about July 23,2008. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system. The ORCA site can be found by going to http://www.bpn.gov and clicking on the Online Reps and Certs Application.
