- The CDC intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13. A high resolution sputter coater that will produce thin, small grain size coatings for high resolution work on a field emission scanning electron microscope. Included should be at least two targets (chromium and a platinum/palladium target)and a thin film thickness monitor. It should also include a rotary tilting stage for better overall coating and adjustments for specimen height. Should also includes a rotary pump and installation and training instructional manual.
