- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for a used ATR-42-500 or a ATR-42-320 aircraft. This is a one time buy for a quantity of one. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The solicitation will be issued, approximately, in July 2008, and will be issued/posted solely on DEA's website, www.dea.gov or www.usdoj.gov/dea. Scroll down and click on "Acquisitions & Solicitations," then "Open Solicitations" underneath the heading. Hardcopies of the RFP will not be available. Potential bidders will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and any amendments. It is the offerors' responsibility to monitor the website for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Questions/comments will be accepted and may be sent via regular mail, e-mail (connie.jones2@usdoj.gov), or fax (202-307-4877) to the primary point of contact in this announcement. Questions/comments will be taken into consideration and incorporated into the solicitation where appropriate, via amendments. NO QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA TELEPHONE OR BEFORE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION.
