- The purpose of this modification is to add the following information: The NAICS code is 488410. This procurement will utilize procedures under FAR 13.5 (Clinger Cohen). This office will no longer issue a hard copy of the Request For Quote (RFQ); therefore, a copy can be obtained from website http://.www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the government. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirement by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at https://ww.bpn.gov. The RFQ should be posted on or before 07/15/08.
