- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fort Carson will be writing a Firm Fixed Price and fixed quantity blanket purchase agreement for Pizza products. The agreement is a 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311812 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation will end on Wednesday, July 11, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time. Proposals shall reference solicitation # W911RZ-08-P-PIZZAS and include pricing as follows: CLIN 0001 Large Pepperoni Pizza, Daily Delivery Qty. 1 CLIN 0002 Large Sausage Pizza, Daily Delivery Qty. 1 CLIN 0003 Large Cheese Pizza, Daily Delivery Qty. 1 CLIN 0004 Large Supreme Pizza, Daily Delivery Qty. 2 Products to be delivered every day from Monday through Friday no later than 10:45 am to Evans Army Community Hospital, 1650 Cochrane Circle, BLDG. 7500, Fort Carson, CO 80913-4604. There shall be no deliveries on weekends, regular holidays, and training holidays. The Holiday Schedule will be supplied to the vendor at the beginning of each calendar year, to map projected holidays and training holidays for each upcoming year for the remaining term of the contract. Period of performance will be 15 July 2008 through 14 July 2009. For this solicitation Fort Carson will be issuing more than one agreement.
