- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced contract to have Youth Ministry Coordinator support service provided at Fort Stewart, GA. The service will include, but is not limited to coordinating with local schools, churches, parishes, and youth agencies to insure overall coordination of post wide youth ministry as requested and approved by the Installation Chaplain or the Installation Troop Support Chaplain. The NAICS code is 813110 and the small business standard is $6.5 Mil. This action is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. A written solicitation will be posted on 2 July 2008 at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Click on contracting opportunities search, enter W9124M% into the solicitation number, click on the solicitation number; at the bottom of the next screen click on attachments, click on the pdf file and the solicitation will open up. The due date for proposals is 9 July 2008 @ 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time at 976 William H. Wilson Avenue, Building 621, Fort Stewart, Georgia 31314.
