- The solicitation for this project will be posted to Fed Biz Opps on or about July 16, 2008 with responses due on July 28, 2008. The work for this project consists of blading, shaping, watering compacting aggregate surface roads and ditch cleaning. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary labor, subsistence, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals necessary to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. The solicitation may result in multiple award or single award for three potential projects. The actual number of awards will be dependent on offers received and how offerors are evaluated with respect to the evaluation criteria. All 3 projects are located on the Wallowa Valley Ranger District in the Joseph and Enterprise, Oregon area. Project 1: Work consists of approximately 28 miles of blading, shaping, watering, compacting aggregate surface roads for FSR 4240,3 955, and ditch cleaning on FSR 3900 for approximately 10 miles to be staked by the government. Project 2: Work consists of approximately 21 miles of blading, shaping, watering, compacting aggregate surface roads for FSR 8210 and 3021. Project 3: Work consists of approximately 64 miles of blading, shaping, watering, compacting aggregate surface roads for FSR 4600, 4620 and 4625.
