- Amendment 7/2/08. The following questions and answers are provided to all: Are there any additional twisted pairs of copper cable to the existing gate stanchion? There are 4 wires that are not being used on the security key pad connected to the stanchion: 2 white fine wires and 2 bigger black wires marked "dolphin". There are no extra wires on the camera side. Is existing network LAN is available at the following locations; a) Headhouse? Lenel board connected to system at east end of headhouse, but no LAN wiring in headhouse. b) Shop? Yes c) Garages? No d) Pump No. But a fiber optic hub is located in the NW corner of the basement of the rhizotron (see attached diagrams). The location is approximately 100-120' from the pump house and the basement (with full access) extends about 70' toward the pump house. Cameras #12, #14, and #15 could be connected to this hub. The sand tanks are enclosed in chain link fencing which could be used to support conduit and cabling. The distance from the south end of the pump house and the chain link fencing is approximately 5-10'. e) Gate stanchion Has a working camera and Lenel keypad + 4 additional wires (see RFI #1).
