- This is a proposed sole source acquisition with The Mississippi Department of Health for Newborn Lab Testing for Keesler Air Force Base, MS. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov on are about 2 July 2008. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 621511 and the small business standard is 12.5 million dollars. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.ccr.gov.
