- Description
- The U.S. Armys CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) Acquisition Center Washington intends to award a purchase order on a firm fixed price basis for the maintenance of the following printers: four (4) each HP 4350DTNs; one (1) each HP 5550N, and one (1) each HP 4345MFP. All responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required maintenance may submit a quote to be considered. All responses shall be received via e-mail within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this notice. The anticipated award date is fifteen (5) days from the closing date of this notice. The period of performance is twelve (12) months from date of award. Place of Performance: USA CECOM LCMC Acquisition Center, 2461 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22331-0700. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. In additional, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: https:/orca.bpn.gov/. A written solicitation will not be issued.
