- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Accessories/options to be installed on the FSU46 spectrum analyzer are as follows: FSU-B19 second hard disk (Qty 1), FSU-B21 LO/ZF connections (Qty 1), FSU-B24 preamplifier 30db (Qty 1), FSE-Z4 DC Block 10KHz (Qty 1), 1036.4783.00 Testport - Adaptor (Qty 1), 1036.4802.00 Testport - Adaptor (Qty 1). Accessories/options to be installed on the SMR40 signal generator are as follows: SMR-B4 Software option: Ramp Sweep (Qty 1), 1036.4790.00 Testport - Adaptor (Qty 1), 1036.4802.00 testport - Adaptor (Qty 1), 1036.4777.00 Testport - Adaptor (Qty 1), 1036.4783.00 Testport - Adaptor (Qty 1). This requirement is sole sourced to Rohde and Schwarz, 8661A Robert Fulron Drive, Columbia, MD 21046-2265, as these required parts must go on the base machines, which is a FSU46 Spectrum Analyzer and a SMR40 Signal generator. The base machine is being purchased on GSA contract GS-07F-5897P. Any firms believing that they can provide the product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
