- The purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers and to make the following changes: Section B: 1. Incorporate attached pricing schedule 2. Incorporate attached Ordering Procedures Section I: 1. Incorporate FAR clause 52.216-31, T&M/LH Proposal Requirements – Commercial Item Competition Section L: 1. “A Written Proposal” Add this sentence: Hand delivered proposals shall be delivered to Kimberly Dávila in N280(a) at the following address: Virginia Contracting Activity, Defense Intelligence Analysis Center, Bldg 6000, Bolling AFB, DC 20340-5100. 2. Page 48: The deadline for any further questions is 2:00pm (Eastern Time), 7 July 2008. Any questions should be submitted in writing to kimberly.davila@dia.mil, no phone calls will be accepted. 3. Chart A1: Section IV – Change Maximum Page Limit for Price to 5 pages. 4. Page 49: Add the sentence: Offerors shall have references submit the Past Performance Questionnaire no later than (NLT) the proposal due date, 2:00pm (Eastern Time) 14 July 2008. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to the award of contract. You may register by going to www.ccr.gov. You will need your Dunn and Bradstreet number and banking information. The Contractor shall be responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all applicable federal information technology and information management laws, regulations, policies and standards at the government-wide, HHS and FDA levels. At the government-wide level, these include Office of Management and Budget (OMB), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and General Accounting Office (GAO). These can be primarily found at or through the Federal CIO Council website at: http://www.cio.gov. HHS documents are found at: http://www.cdc.gov/irmo.
