Description

The Defense Technical Center (DTIC) has a requirement for the purchase of Software/Support. The items required are one (1) each of the following : Mac OS X Server Software support - Preferred (Part Number D2652LL/D) and WebObjects Silver Support for Mac OS X (Part Number D2147LL/A). The items provide: Priority handling of technical issues Unlimited support incidents submitted by telephone or email Quarterly activity reports WebObjects deployment assistance WebObjects development tools WebObjects frameworks usage Application debugging advice and assistance WebObjects Silver Support provides timely response broken down into three priority categories.
