Description

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security intends to procure an inProcess Software System in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3. This proposed procurement is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to PMC SOLUTIONS. See Note 22. This requirement is to purchase the maintenance and software assurance which is necessary to fully field an already operational system. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Proposed contract action is for supplies and services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later than Tuesday, July 15, 2008 @ 8:00am EST. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted via email to Ms. Stefanie Conway at stefanie.conway@dhs.gov. Telephone requests or inquires WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
