The Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) requires the following online manuals for 3 concurrent users: Defense Equipment Library Online 01 EA Electronic Missions Aircraft Online 01 EA High-Speed Marine Transport Online 01 EA Simulation and Training Systems Online 01 EA In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to Jane’s Information Group as they are the owner of the software and are the only known source who can provide these items. If there are any other firms who can satisfy this requirement, please submit a proposal by close of business 03 July 2008.
