- This is a revision to the synopsis for RFP SP0400-01-R-0010. The resultant Contract [SP0400-01-D-9406] was awarded to Boeing St. Louis [Current CAGE: 0PXV4; Former CAGE: 76301 on 02MAY2001]. This Ten [10]-Year Virtual Prime Vendor [VPV] Long Term Contract [LTC] is an Indefinite Quantity [IQC] Contract. The Base Period was three [03] Years in length and was Firm Fixed Price [FFP] in nature. Base Period two [02] was two [02] years in length and was Fixed Price/EPA in nature. Option Period Three was two [02] Years in length and was Corporate Contracting Price Redetermination Prospective - Alternate 1 in nature. Option Period four [04], recently exercised, was [and still is] three [03] Years in length and was [and still is] Corporate Contracting Price Redetermination - Prospective - Alternate 1 in nature. VPV Contract SP0400-01-D-9406 was modified, via Modification P00145, to add GSE and Repairable NSNs to the Contract as well as add the following CAGES: [76301], [12464], [0HGR4], [022T1], [02602], [19133], [32562], and [18355]. This occurred after a previous Contract Modification removed all reference to military aircraft platforms. Those military aircraft platforms originally associated with this VPV Contract were as follows: The F-15, F-18, AV-8, and AH-64 Military Aircraft. Addition of the new CAGES will allow coverage for any weapon system or non- weapon system. Additional service-managed items may be added over the course of life of this Boeing VPV Contract. This procurement is unrestricted. All NSN Candidates are designated as Sole Source to The Boeing Company. This Solicitation/ Contract will not include any items that have a competitive technical data package. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available to the Government and cannot be furnished by the Government. Any supplies to be furnished under this VPV Contract [SP0400-01-D-9406] will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order under the existing Corporate Contract. Numbered Notice [22] applies.
