- NAICS Code: 334516 NAICS code 334516. June 30, 2008. US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Region 3, 1650 Arch St., Philadelphia, PA 19103-2029 intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Entech Instruments Inc., 2207 Agate Ct., Simi Valley, CA 93065-1839under the authority of FAR Part 12 and applicable simplified acquisition regulations. This is a small business set-aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the EPA requirement which if received by 12 noon EST, Tuesday, July 8, 2008 will be considered. This proposed contract action requires the acquisition of the following: Line Item/Item Number/Description/Unit/Quantity:(1) 01-7032AQ-L/SL2 21POS LOOP MV A/S-GC BUND/Each/2 (2) 01-7032-01/SPLITTING OPTION FOR 7032-L/Each/2 (3) 01-7032-07/(7)6L CAN OPTION FOR 7032-L/Each/2 (4) 01-3106A/SL2 OVEN CAN CLEANING SYSTEM 3100A TURNKEY OVEN CLEANING SYSTEM/Each/1 (5) 01-3100-06 6 POS MANIFOLD & FILL.EVAC TUB/Each/1 (6) 01-09-OV6L/ 6L x 6 Canister Oven, 120V/Each/1 (7) 3100 MULTI_OVEN (PARALLEL) OPT/Each/1. Installation at our Ft. Meade, MD site shall also be included along with any applicable shipping and handling charges. E-mail your quotation by 12:00 noon EST on July 8, 2008 to the attention of fang.jeffrey@epa.gov. Offerors must also include their United States Postal Service street mailing address, e-mail address, and a fax number. This requirement will not be split, and award will be made on an all or nothing basis. Central Contractor registration (CCR) Requirement: Potential Offerors must be registered in the CCR. If an offeror is not registered in the CCR, the offeror may do so by going to the CCR website at: http://www.ccr.gov. This notice and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2)(xii), the following FAR clauses are those incorporated in this notice and any resultant contract through Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Nov 2007), 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52-222-21, 52.222-26, 52.225-1, 52.232-29, 52.232-33.
