- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for 200 Rooms Single Occupancy within a 19 mile radius of Building 500, Huebner Road, Fort Riley, Kansas. The acquisition is set aside as Unrestricted and the applicable NAICS Code is 721110. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. The preferred payment is thru My Invoice or other Electronic means. The Contractor shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at: http://www.ccr.gov/ and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: https://orca.bpn.gov/ Both registrations must be kept active in order to be considered for any award. The Government anticipates multiple awards to the responsible contractors in order to achieve the 200 rooms required based on procurement content, past performance, technical and price quote. Special Instructions: The RFQ is accessible and available for download through the Fort Riley Contracting website at: http://www.riley.army.mil/Services/Fort/Contracting.asp SUBMITTALS INSTRUCTIONS: Quote(s) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope in accordance with the specifications prescribed herein to: wilfredo.delatorre@us.army.mil no later than 16 July 2008 @ 2:00 PM (CST).
