- The United States Force, 6th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources for a contemplated contract for Mac Dill AFB, Tampa, Fl. Mac Dill AFB requires mobile mini storage containers to store supplies, and equipment. The Request For Information (RFI) is issued for informational purpose only. This is not a Request For Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. The Air Force will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested by interested parties in responding to this RFI. This FedBizOpps notice is an announcement seeking market information. The 6th Contracting Squadron is currently conducting market research for vendors who can provide mobile mini storage containers in Tampa, Fl. The following storage are required for this acquisition: 8'x10' Container with Standard Doors on 1 end, 8'x15' Container with Standard Doors on 1 end, 8'x20' Container with Standard Doors on 1 end, 8'x25' Container with Doors on both ends, 8'x40' Container with Standard Doors on 1, end 8'x40' Container with Doors on both ends, 10'-6"x18' Container with Premium Doors on 1 end, 10'-6"x25' Container with Premium Doors and both ends, 8'x10' Open Bay Office, 8'x20' Open Bay Office, 8'x20' Combo Office & Storage, 40' Open Bay Office, 40' Combo Office & Storage, The information requested by this RFI will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. For purposes of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531130 Lessors of Miniwarehouses and Self-Storage Units. If your business can provide necessary tools, equipment, and personnel to fulfill the requirement, please provide the applicable information Omar Majette at omar.majette@macdill.af.mil by 03 July 2008. Response information should the contractor's capability to fulfill the requirement. Interested parties shall not submit more than 2 single sided, type written pages using 12 point font or larger. Published literature may be any number of pages.
