- RFP VA-528-08-RP-0120 is issued to provide endoscopy services at a contractor location in St. Lawrence County in the State of New York. The Veterans Affairs Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VAHNUNY) desires to enter into a contract for endoscopy and colonoscopy services for veterans. The resulting contract will be for a one-year period with two one-year renewal options to commence on or about August 1, 2008. The Contractor will be responsible to furnish medical facilities, clinical providers including physician, equipment, supplies, and administrative functions to fulfill the procedures specified in the RFP. Service will be at an all-inclusive per visit rate for an estimated 220 procedures in the base year. The NAIC code is 62111 and the Commercial items solicitation is unrestricted. Response date is July 21, 2008.
