- Description
- Temporary Warehouse and Office Facilities Lease Synopsis The contractor shall, except as specified in the Statement of Work as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, and labor necessary to Lease Temporary Warehouse and Office Facilities at Mountain Home AFB, ID. The contractor shall provide two (2) temporary warehouse facilities approximately 20,000 square feet and 9,900 square feet respectively, and six (6) temporary office facilities; three approximately 1440 square feet and three approximately 2160 square feet. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 531120 and the small business size standard is $6,500,000.00. The contract will be for a basic period of one (1) year with up to four (4) option years, and the total contract will not exceed five (5) years. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 Jul 2007 via Fed Biz Ops (FBO). All amendments, if any, will be posted on FBO as well. All prospective offerors are encouraged to visit FBO frequently to obtain any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendments will NOT be mailed. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Instructions for registering are available at the CCR website.
