- *** PLEASE NOTE The revised SOW will be posted NLT COB today (25 Jun 08) to the same website - http://www.msic.dia.mil/contracts/contracts.html in the Current Statements of Work Section for your review and consideration for proposal (Specifically see 5. PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS). As per original posting, this effort will be an 8(a) set aside for a base year plus 4 option years (Please, this is limited to 8(a)s only at this time). No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. All offerors interested in submitting must fax or email their proposals with details to MSIC, Roy DeSilva, Fax 256-313-7963 or email proposals to didesra@msic.dia.mil NLT COB 8 Jul 08. Proposals shall address the requirements of the SOW and evaluation criteria (to include proposed personnel’s name and qualifications). Direct all contractual questions to Roy DeSilva at 256-313-7619.
