- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a requirement to furnish Logistics Support - inclusive of but not limited to supply operations, warehouse operations, labor services, escort services and other support services in a secure environment facility located in Adams County, PA. All employees of the successful contractor including any and all subcontractors must be US Citizens and shall be required to obtain a minimum individual clearance level of SECRET prior to commencement of any work on site. Anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed-Price with Cost Reimbursement aspects for a Base Year and Four Option Years. Base period estimated price ranges between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Potential offerors must possess and provide evidence of a Facility Clearance of SECRET in order to participate in this competition. A MANDATORY Site Vist shall be conducted on Tuesday, 15 July 2008 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. Potential offerors must provide the following information to: donna.blackstone@us.army.mil by 12:00 Noon EDT on 11 July 2008: Full name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, SSN, Citizenship, and proof of Facility Clearance of Secret and the Individual Clearance of Secret for each representative. No more than two (2) Company representatives may attend the Site Visit. Site Visit information outlining the specifics of the visit shall be provided upon successful submission of required information. Due to the sensitive nature of this requirement, the Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be available only to those individuals participating in the Mandatory Site Visit. The NAICS code of this procurement is 541614 and the size standard of $6.5 million. The requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. No telephone calls shall be accepted.
