- Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) in support of the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-8 has a need for information technology service and support as specified within this document. All work will be in support of users working with the Office Chief of Staff Army, 700 Army Pentagon, Washington, DC 20310-0700. The Governments intent is to award, an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The solicitation number is W74V8H-08-R-0081 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541519 and the small business size standard is $23M. Proposals will be evaluated by the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP. The Government anticipates awarding the contracts resulting from this pre-solicitation to the responsible vendors whose proposals, conforming to this pre-solicitation, offer the BEST VALUE to the Government. Proposals submitted must include a technical proposal to demonstrate how contract requirements will be accomplished. Proposals must be submitted by the Offeror on Company Letterhead, signed by an Official authorized to negotiate with the Government and sent to the address in the announcement.
