- Description
- Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound, in support of Navy Region Northwest, is soliciting for a firm fixed price service type contract for support of the relocation of Regional Dispatch Centers Computer Aided Dispatch servers. The requirement is to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman. All current software is Northrop Grumman proprietary, and plugs into and interfaces with the existing Northrop Grumman Computer Aided Dispatch system. A complete performance work statement will be included in the solicitation. Anticipated period of performance is 30 days after contract award. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 27, 2008 and will close on or about July 7, 2008. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Proposed contract to be procured using FAR Parts 12 & 13.5. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
