- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement F1C2MU8137A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. The NAICS for this solicitation is 336419. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. This solicitation is for a 100% small business set-aside. This is a commercial request for the following: 2 (ea) Maintenance Stand-Bomb Rack MAU-12/40/50. Pricing shall include delivery FOB destination to Andersen AFB GU 96913. Quotes should be in the following format: price for each item independently including shipping cost FOB Destination. Award Basis: Best Value. Award decision will be based upon the offer representing the best value to the government considering the following factors; price, delivery, technical capability, salient characteristics, quality, design, warranty, the award shall be made in the aggregate.
