- This is a formal public announcement of the performance decision for the A-76 Streamlined Competition for Buoy Maintenance and Related Functions at ISD South Weymouth, MA, conducted by the Department of Homeland Security, in accordance with OBM Circular No. A-76 (Revised) dated May 29, 2003. The performance decision has been made for performance to be retained in-house. The total price, including phase-in, base and four option periods is $8,262,659.00.
