Technical data, drawings or specification relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. RFP is Unrestricted. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. Delivery is 135 DARO. Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Automated Best Value System will apply: award will be based on price offered and past performance.
