- The Government has a commodities requirement for SIPR Expansion Cable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees; the SIC code is 3669. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. This solicitation is SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE 100%. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current to Fac 2005-26, Effective 12 Jun 2008. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: Line Item 0001: Fiber MIC cable riser rated 62.5 um., 150,000 Feet Line Item 0002: Cable, fiber MIC riser rated 62.5 um., 15,000 Feet Line Item 0003: MTRJ w/pins (62.5 mm), 25 per pack, 80 Each Line Item 0004: Closet conn housing F/2 rack spaces, 20 Each Line Item 0005: Closet conn housing F/4 rack spaces, 10 Each Line Item 0006: 12 Port Panel MTRJ mm 62.5 loaded, 200 Each Line Item 0007: 2 position standard vertical faceplate, 175 Each Line Item 0008: 4 position standard vertical faceplate, 80 Each Line Item 0009: 6 position mini-com faceplate, 30 Each Line Item 0010: Blank module high low, 300 Each Line Item 0011: Mini-com mm w/mtrj adapter, 1,500 Each FOB: Destination for delivery to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2: Evaluation of Commercial Items which is incorporated into this Request for Quote, with an addendum to paragraph (a) as follows: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and technical acceptability. When combined, price and technical acceptability are approximately equal.
