- See Numbered Note 22. This solicitation is to be issued as a Sole Source requirement to assist OPNAV with strategic planning to develop a Navy Adaptive Planning Process (NAPP) for the Navy Strategic Plan (NSP). Approximate release date of this solicitation is 30 July 2008. This procurement is being issued under authority 10 USC 2304 (C) (1) only one responsible source. The Government intends to award a sole source award to Decision Strategies International, One West Elm Street, Suite 150, Conshohocken, PA 19428. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. The NAISC Code is 541611. The period of performance is 12 months base period.
